Thank you for visiting and buying my photographs. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 6-10 business days. All photographs need to be printed at a lab and shipped to me where I will sign and check the quality of the print before shipping the print to you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: I David Lahoud is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
I David Lahoud hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be returned to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] I cannot accept returns made more than 25 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
To make a return, email us by using the contact vendor box which can be found on our vendor store front, to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
